We are very close to the intersection of Punt Road and Bridge Road Richmond. We are readily accessible from the Monash Freeway (turn off at Punt Road), from the Eastern Freeway (turn off at Hoddle Street) and the CBD (Flinders Street which becomes Wellington Parade).
The No 75 (Vermont South) tram from Flinders Street Station comes past our door as does the 48 (North Balwyn) which starts in Collins Street. Take the tram in an easterly direction, towards Richmond (Bridge Road and Punt Road). Get off at Stop 13, cross to the small shopping strip and walk a short distance towards Punt Road. Eastbourne House is on the corner of Simpson Street and Wellington Parade. We are on the first floor, Room F5.
